Side return extension
Our clients, Jimmy and Nicky, wanted to expand their Henryson Road property so that they could create additional space for their growing family. To do this, we built a large side return extension that wrapped around their property and completely transformed the size of their ground floor. This was accompanied by some creative garden landscaping that addressed the slope in their existing garden and improved the functionality of their outside space.

Special requirements
Prior to this project, the clients’ garden had a noticeable slope that hindered their ability to fully enjoy their outside space. We addressed this by carrying out tiered landscaping to break up the slope and create a functional garden for the property. One other key challenge that arose during this project was the need to work with drainage systems that were three metres deep. This required us to work closely with Thames Water and our health and safety consultant to ensure that we were taking appropriate measures and could complete the necessary work successfully.
