Project Overview

This project transformed a dated property into a modern, luxurious forever home for a growing family. The family purchased the house with the vision of turning it into a space that could accommodate their current needs while also allowing room for future growth. To achieve this, our team undertook a comprehensive refurbishment and modernisation of the entire home. Key elements of the project included extending the ground floor to create a large, functional kitchen that would serve as the heart of the home, converting the loft into a private suite with an ensuite bathroom and refurbishing two additional bathrooms to meet the family’s requirements. Throughout the home, we introduced fresh, modern design elements, including rich, dark interior colours and high-end finishes. Hand-crafted closets in the dressing room further personalised the space, reflecting the family’s tastes and adding a touch of luxury.
