Side return extension
Our clients, Tom and Claire, wanted to transform their home on Landcroft Road, creating a high-end extension that they could enjoy with their friends. They decided to take full advantage of the opportunity to enhance their surroundings, opting for eye-catching features such as a copper cladded splashback within their kitchen and an exposed vaulted roof that included intricate carpentry designs within the roof voids.

Special requirements
This project had logistical challenges because the property was located next to a primary school. We adhered to our strict health and safety policy and liaised directly with the school to put additional measures in place, ensuring building work and deliveries could take place safely with the increased footfall outside the property.
